Activities & Sports: What to do in Cambridge

Why not take up a culture or social classes whilst you are in Cambridge there are many to choose from, here’s what we recommend.
There are many classes which specialise in Health, Art, Out door activities and Mediation. The Art of Self-Discovery’ are associated at a central venue in Cambridge. Many different instructors give classes and some have been teaching for as little two years and some as long as 27 years.
As the course progresses they aim to examine a variety of subjects which are auxiliary to the practice of your subject (such as music, the visual arts, poetry or drama) including the teaching of important physical fitness, diets and lifestyle to general well-being. With a growing trend in fitness and yoga there has never been a better time to indulge yourself with mediation.
