Bars & Clubs in Madrid
Fiesta all night long…If ever there was a nocturnal city for the international student, Madrid would be it. With a mind-boggling number of clubs, bars, discos,theaters, and nightly special events, there is no lack of activity… ever.
Traditionally, the nightlife of Madrid wakes up much later than the rest of Europe, "nice for the international students"...
The students take over the traditional habit of getting dinner at the latest as 10pm or 11pm and will not go to a club until 1 or 2am.
It may take some time getting used to it when you just arrive, but be prepared… it soon will become your way of life in Madrid too. As it is the capital of a country that knows how to throw a party, Madrid offers everything from techno to jazz clubs to sophisticated martini bars.
No matter your mood, you are guaranteed to find whatever you are looking for. This is true for the restaurant scene as well.
