The nightlife in Alicante offers nearly everything a student can ask for, from nice restaurants, cosy bars or clubs where you can dance till the early morning. There are mainly two areas to go out in Alicante, the old center or the harbor.

In the old center of Alicante you still find many restaurants or bars and is a good place to start the night as they tend to close earlier.

The harbor area in Alicante has recently been expanded and the idea of the town hall was to gather most of the nightlife as there was many people living in the old center complaining about the noise. In the harbor you can find all types of restaurants, bars and clubs and they are open to the early morning. If you have student apartments or shared flats near this area then you are very lucky and even if you haven’t this are will be a certain hotspot for many students studying, doing internships or work placements in Alicante.
